An Edwardian silver Inkstand, by Elkington & Co Ltd., hallmarked London, 1909, with a pair of silver mounted cut glass inkwells, the silver correspondingly marked and the hinged covers monogrammed, pen recess to front, all raised on hoof supports, with presentation inscription 'From the Prisoner to His Friend Sept. 16th 1909', 27.5cm long, weighable silver 16ozt.
